I AM GROWN
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to spotlight why when young people reach a certain age we tend to say " I'M GROWN". I want to enlighten my viewers and listeners of all ages that saying you're grown isn't a sign of maturity it is a sign of immaturity. When you plant a seed and it grows it doesn't reach a certain point in its growth and refuse to grow because it has matured it continues to grow because of the nourishment and water it receives. The only time a plant or a seed stops growing is if it stops being taking care of, if it stops getting watered, if it stops getting sunlight, if it stops getting plant food. Therefor we as individuals should see ourselves as plants, constantly needing nourishment and knowledge to continue our healthy growth as adults. We will never be grown until we die.
P.T.S.D
Published:
In this episode I want to take a dive into P.T.S.D. I want my audience my viewers of color to understand we all suffer from P.T.S.D, wether your young or old just being a person of color can create a situation that effects or impacts your life negatively causing you to forever change your view of things. This is a form of P.T.S.D. Growing up in a urban environment can create P.T.S.D. I believe that my culture and community of people of color lack productive and successful coping skills, which can not be beneficial for some one suffering with P.T.S.D. I want to help my viewers work and develop positive coping skills in order to deal with trauma, P.T.S.D or just negativity in general.
MANIFESTATION
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to inform my audience about the powerful word of manifestation. I want my audience to realize and understand that we have the power to take control of our destiny in life. Manifestation is huge amounts of positive energy flowing towards what you want to happen. I want my listeners to know that being a manifestor is like having faith, you must put in work behind your actions.
4 THE LOVE OF CLOUT
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to speak on the addictive effects of artist, fans, and supporters chasing clout on the internet. Th side effects of people instigating rap beefs in the industry as well as on the streets. 9x10 clout chasing on the internet or the streets leads to death or jail. With technology changing and upgrading itself daily becoming famous can happen in a matter of clicks, shares and reposts. We have even gotten to a point in our social media society where supporters, fans and other artist actually start choosing sides creating more chaos ... TUNE IN 4 the love of clout like subscribe and share @treetop_radiola
GREED
Published:
In this episode I want my audience to see that we don't have to want things in access just to have it. When you chasing money or chasing your dream because of money you get consumed in the chaos of greed. Greed is envious, greed is selfish, greed makes you forget you had morals. Matthew 6:21 says " where your treasure is, there your heart will be also". So if you have a family and you choose to put work before the family then you can't be mad if your family leaves. They understand where your heart belonged. We ad a nation a culture a people have to stop idolizing money material things. When we do that we no longer seek God for help or guidance. Greed isn't just about money or material things. I want my listeners to understand that their are people who are emotionally greedy, spiritually greedy, mentally greedy, and we have to recognize not only people like that but rather recognize it in ourselves as well. In this episode I will have a panel and we will be discussing Greed and its many umbrellas.
THE GREATEST CITY IN AMERICA
Published:
The purpose of the episode is to spotlight a hidden city and its hidden treasures. The Greatest city in America is in Baltimore Maryland. Despite what Donald Trump says baltimore is more then trash on the streets and drug ritten neighborhoods. Baltimore is full of talent and black owned buisness. Baltimore has unique culture from their accent to the way they dance to how they dress their is no place on planet like the state of Baltimore Maryland. Today on #TTRLA we will be spotlighting Baltimore artist @1511_brm who has recently picked up traction in the surrounding areas that surround Baltimore like Philly, DC, VA, and pg County with his hit song " NO sleep" which is currently sitting at 22k views posted to his YouTube channel 1 month ago.
GAME FACE FINACE
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to help my audience eliminate debt while informing them how to earn passive income. I believe that in order to ascertain generational wealth and financial freedom you must first be able to free yourself from wants and focus on your needs. In past episodes I've spoke on the need of black financial responsibility where I focused on the difference between good credit and bad credit and 7 ways to be financially secure. So this episode I wanted to bring a professional on board to further expound on creating wealth for you and your family. Today we will be talking with financial consultant Kymberly Jones who specializes in life and annuities buisness insurance health referrals with building strategies emergency accounts and more.
MOTHERHOOD OUR MODERN DAY HERO'S
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to shed light on the millions of mothers providing making sure their families are taking care of. Motherhood is our societies version of women super hero's. Mothers can multi-task like no other, they can take a lot of pain, their always called upon for help, they solve problems save and make money. They are teachers, counselors, survivors, protestors, I mean the list goes on. However we don't give the mothers out their there just due. This episode I want to spotlight moms across the world and talk about the wonderful things that moms do for their families.
WALKING WITHOUT A PURPOSE
Published:
The intent of this episode is to teach my audience that you have to move with a purpose in life. Having intent when pursuing dreams and goals. Purpose allows us to have meaning an understanding of your destiny. Moving without a purpose is like having a car with no mirrors. Where are you going not being able to see things coming up behind you or the side of you. I notice a lot of people on social media relying solely on social media fame for a validated purpose by likes and views. If you don't plan. You plan to fail. Proper preparation prevents poor performance
How do we live thru the pain ?
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to seek understanding of how to live thru pain and trauma. In life we are conditioned to not only deal with pain and push thru it but we are also conditioned to ignore the pain of others because their pain couldn't possibly compare to another pain. This causes people to never address real issues because noone is willing to confront it wether it's because a person deems it pointless wether a person feels they can handle it pain and trauma gets pushed under our emotional rug causing emotional dirt build up. Living thru the pain is loving yourself thru adversity. Believing in yourself. Creating a safe space for you to share your emotions your pain and not being afraid to share your trauma
Are you in good hands?
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to encourage my people to invest in themselves. In our community due to systematic racism and lack of awareness we miss out on teachable moments when it comes to planning and securing financial stability. I live in a generation of quanity over quality. How fast can I get rich quick. When investing in yourself it's not about your assets it comes down to when I die will my money and assets be taken care of when I am no longer alive. Will my family be good financially when I'm gone. What does it cost to bury me. Making sure your life is insured is the biggest investment you can make. I want to leave my audience with something to think about when investing in yourself
Black Financial Responsibility
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to spotlight and create a cognitive discussion on black financial responsibility. In our community one of my goals for this episode is to create conversation on why being financially responsible in our black and brown culture isn't taught to us. Being financially aware and knowing the power of credit and investing is key to our financial freedom. In this era our generation values material things and what money can buy instead of placing the value on stocks assets and credit without credit or having bad credit you don't exist in our society
Is Resilience being optimistic?
Published:
The purpose of this podcast is to create awareness and understanding of resilience and optimism when pursuing goals or dreams. In life we fall down but its your determination that allows you to push yourself to get up and remain consistent. Creating something unfamiliar is what I believe makes optimism happen. The belief that what I have or what I am creating will have a positive outlook on the world. We are all born with a purpose and a destiny. "For the one that does solves the riddles of life becomes invincible because they are unstoppable"

Do you need faith to be successful
Published:
The purpose of this podcast is to create conversation about having faith and becoming successful. Since faith is believing in things unseen and success is what comes after hardwork and consistency. Are the two one in the same or is faith simply the belief that success will occur. My goal is to leave my audience with a better understanding of what faith and success is and for my audience to create their own conversation about faith and being ,successful
THE PROCESS
Published:
The purpose of the podcast is to trust the process and apply those steps to life. For me life is a process everything we do has a process. Especially when you want to get good results. I want my audience to understand that we Ultimately control our destiny thru choices we make and the process we follow. Even with the odds stacked against you if you follow the process and make the right choices you will always come out on top in life.
IS LOVE EFFORT
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to create a space for healthy and positive conversation about love. I feel like we live in a world now where love is elusive. You start to believe that one can only obtain love thru facades, fake relationships, money, social media, fame etc or you believe that love is a emotion that becomes temporary, stagnant or complacent with time. How we love and who we love ultimately begins with our parents in my own opinion. If the love from our parents aren't shown it will effect a child's personal relationships. I also want my audience to understand and be aware that love is an action verb a constant. So is love effort? I guess we will see.
TTRLA LETS VENT
Published:
The purpose of this episode is to create a safe space for people to lay out all their issues without judgement and without limits. My purpose for having a venting episode is to combat mental illness. I realize that not just in black communities but other communities as well their are a lack of free spaces where people can seek a listening ear or help. I want to emphasize checking on your black friends. Big ups to MK HINES owner ceo of @checkonyourblackfriends. I want my audience to take away from this episode that we create our universe good or bad. We manifest life and death. We must understand that death is guaranteed. Due to intense security because of violence that may have occured media wasn't allowed access onto the carpet. I want to say rest in peace to Heath ledger the orginal joker who would have definitely been a legend if he was living because he would have nailed the role. Salute to joaquin for doing justice to his role.

THE GROVE - A HIDDEN WONDERLAND IN LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA
Published:
In this episode I was just out on my way to the movie theater, when I came across The Grove. The Grove is like The National Harbor in Maryland but grown up 😭😂 I happen to come across THE MIXOLOGY which I would rate on an overall service and experience a 3 on a scale of 10. The burger I Purchased THE FARMER 8oz grass -fed beef burger, Tillamook cheddar, bacon, red gem, brioche bun for $16.99 was EXCELLENT . I give my food experience at The Grove a 7 1/2 , the fact that it did not come with 🍟 fries was an insult. I would recommend you come to the mixology despite my experience however 🌃 I literally had to yell at the bartender for service and had to correct him on not being professional 😑😳😠. Aside from my unpleasant experience the live 🎸 in the back made me feel a little bit better. He hit ushers thong song and other classics. Tune in and enjoy
