Joining our #Chakrachat on Grounding is Teacher Ayman Khatib from Lebanon. Ayman is an international Yoga teacher, Thai Yoga massage teacher and practitioner. Yoga has been a part of his life since 2003. In 2012, he started a journey in Asia that showed him the true purpose of life and resulted in ending his corporate career and becoming a Yoga teacher.

A typical Laughter Yoga session involves some warm-up clapping and chanting ("Ho, ho, ha, ha, ha"), a few deep breaths with prolonged exhalation, 15 to 20 minutes of laughter exercises interspersed with deep breathing, and then 15 to 20 minutes of laughter meditation

Teacher Quino Reyes ( @quino.reyes ) has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and teaching for around 7. He teaches Vinyasa and Power yoga in various studios in Metro Manila as well as for the NGO, Yoga For Life. He believes that a yoga practice should adapt to each person's needs and abilities, which change day-to-day. Thus, his yoga practice is constantly evolving and incorporates techniques from the various methods he has practiced over the years- Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Anusara, and Ashtanga, among others.
Voice over talent is a person who provides that it is not in the narrative or film. In most cases, it is reading a script , either for Radio, theatre , TV Production , commercial & movie productions.
Well it is true that Yoga is one of the challenging things to do. It is also of the most suitable form of exercise for all levels of Fitness & age.
Climate change : Our country Philippines is a highly vulnerable to the impacts of Climate change including sea level rise, increased frequency of weather events, rising temperature & heavy rainfall.
