Are we perceiving reality or what our emotions lead us to believe is real in order to defend and protect ourselves? If we can identify the triggers that lead to this emotional impact we are more likely to learn adaptation and avoidance measures to help us respond in a more rational and effective manner.

This revealed his willingness to sacrifice for his team and showed his leadership and not cowardice.
Thomas Edison was America's most famous inventor. He was also know for what many called his failures. He once stated, "I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."
