On every episode, Julie Farkas and Krista Lea review first chapters, flash fiction, and short stories submitted by real writers. After reading a submission, Julie and Krista offer suggestions on the universal issues writers struggle with such as dialog, scene setting, developing characters, and story lines. Along the way, they sprinkle in a few inspirational quotes from other writers, and for fun, they read their favorite first lines from the pieces submitted.
