Covid-19 tests postive for TV's Rob.  The Brandon Brown saga comes to an end, and it's actually an end I can live with.  Bubba Wallace, NASCAR's greatest race card driver ever, has ANOTHER documentary coming out about his 'struggles' on Netflix.  If you want me to watch and review it, be sure to leave a comment on Twitter @TVsRob_Official ... otherwise I can't promise that I'll be watching it.  The CNN dumpster fire has been lit and it is glorious to watch the cable news network burning to the gound over a president getting down to some bidness with a subordinate and lying about it for years.  Of course, Mini-Me Brian Stelter has to immediately point the finger to disgraced wannabe tough guy former host Chris Cuomo.

Dr. Anthony Fauci is at it again, wanting people to cancel holiday celebrations.  This time he's taking aim at New Years parties because hospitals are obviously overrun with unvaccinated people dying from the most dangerous virus ever.

Nikki is back for another episode!  I think she might be sweet on me or something.  Gen Z sleeps on the job.  That's right, a new survey shows the worthless generation sleeps on the job, and often gets rewarded for it.  The hot mess, inside a dumpster fire, inside a train wreck known as CNN has a severe image problem.  First there was Chris Cuomo, then there was Don Lemon, and now there's John Griffin.  Griffin obviously likes the younglings and hatched a scheme that will make anyone fume with anger.  The cure for CNN's image problem?  Chris Wallace, the son who could never get out of daddy's shadow, is leaving Fox News and will start a new daily show on the yet-to-be-launched CNN+.  Speaking of image problems, we'll no longer have to worry about disgraced "news" anchor Brian Williams.  The former head liar at NBC signed off the air for the final time, doing what he did best ... lie.  Wil Wheaton is flexing his white guilt while taking on Dave Chappelle, to which we respond with "Shut Up Wesley".  Time Magazine has unveiled their "Athlete of the Year" ... and it's a real doozy.  Reddit is a place that questions are not tolerated, as I found out the hard way when questioning Star Trek: Discovery, or ST:D.  And that's not all folks, there's plenty more in this episode.

I probably should have gotten an actual name, but Twitter handles are fun.

Simone Biles withdraws from floor exercise final, has one more chance to compete in Tokyo ... USA Gymnastics announces she won’t be competing yet AGAIN. It’s unclear whether Biles will compete again in Tokyo. She qualified for the finals on each apparatus, but she has not decided whether she will participate in the balance beam final set for Tuesday, the final day of artistic gymnastics competition at these Games.

Simone Biles walks away from the team gymnastics competition and the United States has to settle for silver.  Why did she walk away?  She needed a mental health day.  Athletes and mental health issues are brought to the forefront, and Tyler Morgan from the Relentless Daring podcast joins me to give his unique take on what's going on with one of the greatest gymnasts of all time.  Team USA seems to be in disarray in other sports as well, and we dive into that with expert Olympic commentary.  The US Women's Soccer team limps into the knockout stages, and TV's Rob does not think they'll make it very far.  Sports Illustrated has released the latest swimsuit edition, and FINALLY, the publication has decided to include diversity to its mega-selling issue.

Sports, the thing that most people use to escape the drama and BS of everyday life, has officially been cancelled and killed.  It was nice while it lasted.

TV's Rob is back again with part two of his conversation with Steven Avery talking all things Star Trek, with a peek into what Steven does for a living and what the future may hold for him.  There's a health update on Nikki and the new medication she’s on … used to treat ADVANCED BREAST CANCER?!? She doesn’t have breast cancer, but damn this stuff knocks her on her ass.  A Federal Aviation Administration advisory group is urging the agency to replace words like "airman" and "cockpit" with gender-neutral terms like "aviator" and "flight deck."  Kendall Jenner has had a rough life, and we all need to take a moment to reflect on that.  She reveals people didn't want to hire her as a model at age 18 because she was already famous from Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
