As we celebrate Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, we will be having an important discussion on the achievements of Black Women. Are the successes of these trailblazers a well overdue acknowledgement, or a token gesture? How does it feel for them to have the recognition of their hard work reduced to the very same things that have held them back? Why do we default to minimizing the accomplishments of Black Women? Join us for a thought-provoking conversation in a safe environment as we tackle this uncomfortable subject.
