We are continuing our response to a question posed to us by a recently married couple. This couple asked us, “how do you make a marriage last?” Last time many of you gave some great responses to this question. We have a different question for you tonight. If you could improve one area in your marriage to make it last forever, what would that be?

We’re continuing our discussion concerning Marriage and Money. Last time, we talked about some reasons as to why married couples have or continue to have money issues:

We are starting a brand new discussion around Marriage & Money. Along with communication and sex issues, money problems are a leading cause of an unhealthy marriage and can also lead to divorce. So, we want to talk about it from a biblical and a practical standpoint related to marriage. Our goal is to educate and equip, so whether this is an issue for you or not, hopefully, you learn one thing to help make your marriage more of a joyous one! 

We want to continue to talk about Biblical Motherhood in an Unbiblical World as an aspect of the family. We want to open up by reading from two places in the Scriptures: 1 John 2:15-17; James 3:13, 15-17. We want to apply these to our focus tonight Biblical Motherhood in an Unbiblical World.

LoveWell Marriage & Family is a ministry that advocates Biblical Manhood, Womanhood, Marriage, and Family. We believe the Scriptures teach us who or what these things are and how they express themselves on the earth.

We are talking about "The S-Word." The S-Word we speak of is “submit or submission.” For many, especially women and wives, the word "submit" stirs up all kinds of thoughts, memories, and emotions. For far too many, this word has a negative connotation. It is considered a disliked word. But when we look at the biblical idea and allow this to become our perspective, we are more likely to practice this which the Lord requires.
