I am finally back! After a few months of dealing with migraines, i have finally been able to record. With a message on my heart and a dream that keeps me going--
Instead of following up with information on social media, I chose to do some research at my local pregnancy resource center. I wanted to get to know what its is that we can do as women to support other women, That has been my goal as a christian-I know I am called to love. This is not left vs. right, this is solely to inform each other on what is available in terms of resources and options.
My confirmation experience was one that I will never forget. From worrying about my sobriety to thinking I messed up and finding grace along the way. "The Farm" makes an introduction as well--the experiences I had at both of these places have impacted me in ways I could have never imagined.
Have you ever lost someone suddenly? Maybe you never had time to process how it affected you or how you may have taken longer to understand why it happened? What about when you have time to prepare? Were you mad at God? Here's what I can tell you.
Do you struggle with parenting? I am a step parent to 2 wonderful children, but let me tell you its not easy. Whether you are a step parent, adoptive, bio or foster-there is something we all struggle with.
How often do you find yourself judging someone? Maybe you don't even realize you are doing it. Treating others the way that karen or sarah do isn't how we improve-treating them the way christ would is. Listen to this message and try to focus on the importance of treating others with compassion.
Have you felt like you show up as you truly are? Or maybe you feel as if you have to spend your time trying to be someone you aren't? I want you to take a listen to this-it may be what you need.
Have you struggled with your faith? Felt as if you were completely alone in this world--and then something happened that made you feel as if you weren't? This message has been on my heart for a few weeks, and the woman at the well is too good of a story not to talk about. Lets dive in.
In this day and age, a lot of people are struggling with their confidence. Are you someone who relies on social media followers to boost your? Or are you someone who relies on God?
Do you ever feel like you are in a season of your life that requires you to forgive others to move on? Same sis. I am currently in that season and here's what I am doing.
Have you ever ended up comparing your life to someone else's highlight reel? Same. Influencers are real people, however social media wasn't meant for you to feel more anxiety or lower your self esteem. None of us are as perfect as we seem on IG.
What are you willing to give up to potentially gain something else? Are you willing to give up toxic behaviors to grow? Are you willing to spend more time praying than complaining? Then listen up.
Have you struggled with anxiety, depression, or just feeling lost? Me too. I can't pray it away, but I can tell you how I was able to come out on the other side of it.
Hi! its me again...Negative self talk, gossip, control issues, anxiety, fear......
We've all heard about imposter syndrome and "Faking it until you make it". What about taking a spin on that? What about having faith until we reach our destination?
Have you ever felt like you were being called to do something? What if you felt completely afraid you would fail? We think like that. We worry that we won;t be qualified. But guess what? If you are being called..answer. You don't have to be qualified, you just have to be willing.

Have you struggled with letting go of control over your life? Do you ever catch yourself focusing on what you want done but not thinking about what plans God has in store for you? This message was meant for you. Letting go of control is the most freeing thing that I have been able to do.
Have you ever done a detox? Not just a physical detox..but a spiritual detox? I'm on day 5. I have been praying, eating healthier, focusing on my relationship with Jesus, removing things from my life that take me further away from Him. We all need to detox our spirits..and here is how I am doing it.
Have you grown up with an Alcoholic in your family? What about someone addicted to drugs? How did that frame your opinion/perspective for those struggling? This episode is a good mix of all of that. This episode is about how God helped me help myself.
Have you struggled with being diagnosed or misdiagnosed with ADHD? It took until I was 18 to be diagnosed(boys and girls exhibit different symptoms) and then I was misdiagnosed for years with additional mental health issues. Finally, at 28 I have found what works for me. Here is my story of how I learned I wasn't going crazy.
Have you prayed about something and then cray things started happening? like God did you hear what I asked for? Now I have this storm in my life I am dealing with? Well, buckle up because prayers tend to come in the form of lessons. Prayers will be answered, just not how you think..
Have you ever wondered why certain people are placed in your life? Or maybe why they were removed? It's all a part of His plan. We may not understand at the time, but looking back I can see why God allowed me to grow through what I was going through.
This is how I have had to deal with limits that others have placed on me. Thinking I was worth less than someone else because of my size, shape, or intelligence. Finding my worth through the struggles that challenged my confidence and mental health.
