Live every Thursday at 8PM direct from Hy G's, the UK’s most exclusive, invitation only virtual nightclub. A series of conversations as part of my mission to bring people together and support the physical and mental wellbeing of our ex-forces community. How does it work? I ask guests to choose 4 or 5 songs that have influenced their life. It's that simple. We talk about why the songs are important and what was happening in our guests lives at that time. Of course, a story or two is inter woven and quite often lessons learnt and insights gained on the journey. Most importantly, we have a laugh.
