This week in Drone News: Hubsan Zino Mini Pro with a 40 minute flight time and a 48-megapixel camera. The Altius 600, a tube-launched single-use UAV, is being used for hurricane hunting by NOAA. Some states proposing 'Avigation easements' to restrict UAV flights and charge/collect fees for overflights. Finally, the new Wingcopter 198 with a 47-mile range and the capability of carrying three packages.
