Carrie Young has been investing in MF Real Estate since 2016. She and her husband formed Silica Ridge Investment Group so she could be a RE Professional and take advantage of writing off expenses and depreciation against her husband's W-2 Salary. She started out primarily as a passive investor with over 4,000 doors. In mid-2017, her tax advisor suggested doing a Joint Venture or Tenant in Common to take advantage of bonus depreciation. Elaina Briscoe Fleming is an accomplished business owner and aspiring apartment investor living in Salt Lake City, Utah. Being the daughter of Brian Briscoe, co-founder and principal in the real estate investing firm Four Oaks Capital, Elaina learned from a young age the importance of building passive income and creating a legacy. At the age of 21, she created her own LLC, PodcastHero, in order to work closely with her father and Four Oaks Capital as the sole editor of the Diary of an Apartment Investor Podcast. Kimberly Radaker Bays has been managing and overseeing Exponential Property Group and its associated companies, with a focus primarily on multifamily Real Estate, for the past ten years. She has grown Exponential Property Group from 2 employees to more than 160 in that time.
