The membership kits include a wallet card, key tag and collar tag and uses blockchain technology to link them to your profile and our live team. You can upgrade your membership kit with pictures of your pets, by getting extra cards and adding window stickers. Upgrades are available once you are a member and have been given your membership number. The kits are built specifically for you.
Shipping time depends on which plan you ordered. All paid plans are submitted to the printshop at the time you subscribe and get shipped out as soon as they are printed. The free cards are done in bulk two times a month, usually around the 15th and 30th day of the month. Regardless of what plan you chose we will let you know when your card has been shipped. You can print a paper copy to keep with you until your card arrives.
