Creation gave us 5 elements. Water, fire, earth, air and Æther. Water; the element of everlasting change, flow and depth. Expressed through our Emotions, and our ability to let go. Fire, the element of death and rebirth. Alchemizing us from one state of matter into the other; like the phoenix from the ashes. Earth, grounding us into this experience, stabilizing our being into stillness amongst the chaos. Air, fleeting thoughts through our minds, cutting like a blade, or breezing like a blow (ausatmen). And finally Æther; allowing all the elements to work together, enabling us the staircase to the gods. It represents interconnectedness, harmony, and the fabric of existence itself.

Through mastering these Elements, we will reach our core being, our true expression and the god within all of us.
