We welcome TNT Sports (previously known as BT Sports) Commentator Adam Summerton on to the 3 FISH Podcast. Adam is a game caller of many years experience, having worked his way through the industry from local coverage of games, right through to the heights of European competition Finals. Along the way we Mariners have become fond of Adam's pronouncements of the Grimsby Play Off campaign that saw Town regain their league status in 2022. At the heart of that group of games was "THAT GAME", "THE WREXHAM GAME" "THE 5-4" or whatever you refer to it as, that led Grimsby to the final. Adam has openly lauded Town's performances during the campaign and in particular in this match, and he joins us all to tell us what it was like behind the scenes. Thanks again to Adam who gave very generously of his time to be with us, it's a great listen, bringing back many fond memories for Grimsby fans, not forgetting that Wrexham played a massive part in making the game the spectacle it was.
