“(The Menstrual Cycle) In My Body” is an interview series highlighting a diverse array of menstruators and their experiences of the menstrual cycle, in their body.
In the interviews we share stories of first periods, reflections on menstrual education, learnings from the body and cycle over time, birth control and fertility wins and challenges, our menstrual mentors, relating to the cycle as a way to connect to self, the cycle in our society, and overall wisdoms and insights on what it’s like to live in a menstruating body.
Welcome to Ep. 1 of “(The Menstrual Cycle) In My Body”! My first guest is Alyssa Martin. Alyssa (she/her) is a certified corrective exercise specialist based in Washington and a graduate from the Moon Cycle Sanctuary “Menstrual Cycle Foundations Course”.
