Coach K was back on the phone with Phil to talk about the final month of the season, which is jam packed with home games for the Islanders in Bridgeport. Coach Kowalsky also addressed the influx of some top tier younger talent, with college seasons ending and players are available to move to professional leagues like the AHL. 

Phil and Coach K caught up on the exciting 4 Nations Face-Off Final between the United States and Canada, which seems to have brought a renewed interest in hockey from fans. Plus, some recent players taking advantage of their opportunity to play in the NHL, and the big weekend games for the Bridgeport Islanders, including a celebration for their mascot, Storm. 

Coach Rick Kowalsky of the Bridgeport Islanders was on the phone with Phil to discuss the importance of rest and recovery for second half of the season, and how he's encouraged by the players responding to what has been a frustrating season thus far. Plus, some great home games for the team in Bridgeport this month, including Pucks and Pies, which is bringing some of that famous Connecticut pizza to the Arena for fans. 

Coach Kowalsky was back on with Phil this month to talk about the team's goals for their remaining 50 games, and how much he enjoys celebrating an American Thanksgiving.
