Have you ever heard that who you surround yourself with or spend the most time with, rubs off on you. Well I was just wondering how this effects so many people when they are on their laptops largely. Profound isn't it.

Time to embrace what your emotions are telling you? You are right where you are meant to be on this beautiful journey….Exhausted? Inspired? Happy? Emotional? Drained? Or all a mixture of each one!!! The truth is we are all a miracle in the making…….

It’s so easy to get into comparison mode, and believe you are not handling it well enough! How are you coping! There is certainly a lot of things going on currently in todays world? Parents are struggling to stay centred and proactive whilst the kids are off school. Well I raised this question on social media and the results were eye opening! Here is what I found out!

Its so easy to get pulled into others agendas in a brainwashed world. This maybe by your clients, family or friends. Pause for a moment, and realise it does not need to be like this. You can set boundaries. You can focus on the positive. You can embrace your own world. You can focus on the good. Don't let today's world drain you, when being a sensitive soul is what you were intended to be.

We learn so much by being the client and recieving different treatments from other therapists. When you take away the knowledge and lie on anothers couch, you learn to receive and take in information and be aware of your surroundings. These experiences can help you improve the service you deliver to your clients.

I experienced two dogs working in unexplainable ways, where it was not expected of them. My first relationships into learning about these creatures, has helped me learn about myself.

A personal story about about the trials and tribulation of bringing up my dogs. Its been a long hard struggle finding good information on how I approached training my breed of dogs.

Customer service is often lacking in today's world. How do we provide a good service with limited time in our busy lives. Lets just all send emails to connect with wanting information or is there a better way.

I often wonder how can we leave this world a better place. Climate Change and AI is something many of us do not want to face. It would be far easier to bury our head and not think about it. Eitherway, its happening around us. I don't know the answers, but I do believe in education. So this is a gentle discussion in how we can embrace humanity in the present moment, whilst leaving the planet a better place for our children. I have no children! But I do care about the future of our world.

I am feeling more joyful in my attitude of wanting to go at a slower pace in the summer and take the slow road. Its hard balancing ambition with contentment. Something I swing between often. What I do know is “Tea and Cake” works wonders for the soul, when it is done with the right intention.

How do you want to leave future generations. How are you able to lead by example in your practise? Sometimes the outside world can influence incredibily, and take us away from our true essence.

Then what commenced was magic, as I sat listening to the story of my aunt and sharing my story - tears rolled uncontrollably out of my heart. My story was not felt or understood. I stopped in my tracts when I realized that my Aunts story was a different perspective to mine.

I agree every one has a different story that is unique to them. That’s why each person we meet is uniquely different. When we listen to another’s story, most people have so much to talk about and soooooo want to be listened too.

Do you believe in doing things properly, half heartedly or quickly? What is your mindset when it comes to learning? Some people want the gratification of just gaining a certificate, rather than putting in the hard deep work that makes the journey worthwhile into obtain their certification. There are so many certificates that you can download, without putting in any hard work. Its can be easy or it can be a struggle. The choice remains with you. You can set an example for the next generation by your actions or you can also not care. We are the role models and our intention sets an example for the future generations to come.

I am not one to take time to reflect on the past, as I am so forward thinking. Somehow, journaling has led me to a few realizations, that I just had to share with you. In retrospect what the last couple of years has taught me to make me who I am today. Perhaps, you would like to join me over a cuppa and have a listen and take a little time to reflect in how the last couple of years has influenced you, to become a better version of yourself. After all every one of us, has struggled in some sort of way

How do you get better quality clients, that you are able to help on a deeper level, with more intention and more clarity. Bringing out the best in others can be difficult. Being the light to encourage them to be all that they can be.

I invite you to expect more from yourself. You may not like what I am saying! I ask that you expect more from the world around you! I appreciate its not what you want to hear. I expect you to raise the standards in the world. Right now the world needs people like you. Keep going. Keep growing.
